The founder of Ardmore-O'Brien, Inc. many years ago realized, first-hand, from having been out-of-town on assignment that more was needed for comfort and pricing in the temporary furnished housing market. He was in national real estate, property development, public accounting, and venture capital. Being out of town was often difficult and he missed the comforts of his own home. For him, hotels were, at best, "temporary solutions" for short-term housing. Moreover, hotel charges were often exorbitant. Based on those experiences, he founded Ardmore-O'Brien, Inc. so that temporary tenants coming to Western New York could have a comfortable "home away from home," apartment or house. Accordingly, Ardmore-O'Brien's mission is to provide comfort, privacy and flexibility to all of our tenants. Our residents have the ability to be in spacious, stylish, and home-like surroundings where they can comfortably relax for their stay in Western New York. We provide high-end furnishings, decorations, top-of-the-line accessories ......even linens and silverware ---- everything right down to glassware and china.
While we have different "price points" (good, better, and best ---) we are proud that even our entry level apartments are clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. One of the greatest appeals to our offerings is the uniqueness of each and every unit. There are no "cookie-cutter" units. Each of our units has an individual style and unique distinction. Again, these attributes came about because of the founder's own experiences over decades of being out of town on a short-term basis.
